I’m a data/project manager in the Human Genetics and Cognitive Functions team at Pasteur Institute in Paris. The team focuses on genetics, social brain and autism.
Previously I was a postdoctoral researcher in population genomic in the Laboratory Évolution, Génomes, Comportement et Écologie (EGCE) in Gif-sur-Yvette, France. There I was studying genome evolution and cavefish.
I’m the former president of the International Society for Computational Biology Student Council Regional Student Group France (RSG France - JeBiF). I’m also a board member of the French Society for Computational Biology (SFBI)
